炼厂干气的回收和利用技术概述

摘    要:炼厂干气的回收和利用是提高资源综合利用和增加企业经济效益的必要手段,如何能高效、可靠地实现干气资源的回收利用已经成为人们关注的一个重要课题。本文从炼厂干气的提浓回收和直接利用两个方面出发,对目前常用的深冷分离、吸收分离和吸附分离等提浓技术以及干气制乙苯、环氧乙烷等直接利用技术进行了概述,介绍了各种技术路线的优缺点和最新进展。各种干气回收利用技术适用的场合有差别,各具特点,炼油化工企业需依据自身的特点,在综合考虑各方面因素的基础上来选择合适的干气回收技术和工艺路线,以得到最佳的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:Recovery of the refinery dry gas is an important method to utilize natural resources more effectively and improve economic benefits. How to reclaim and utilize the refinery dry gas in an effective way has become a critical issue recently. Comprehensive utilization of refinery dry gas is overviewed from two aspects in this paper. The separation technologies such as cryogenic separation,absorption separation and adsorption separation as well as the direct-use technologies such as the production of ethylbenzene and epoxyethane are presented and discussed. In order to obtain the best economic and environmental benefits,different petrochemical enterprises should choose different recovery technologies based on their own characteristics.
