2300中板四辊轧机的辊型研制

摘    要:根据2300中板轧机的设备特点、轧制产品的工艺状况,开发了一个能适应轧件宽度变化范围较大的2300四辊轧机支撑辊辊型的计算机仿真程序,并研制了一种新的2300四辊轧机支撑辊辊型曲线,以提高该轧机的板形控制能力。研制的新支撑辊辊型曲线经过一年的工业化生产,取得明显的实效,钢板的横向同板差下降幅度达60%~75%;同时钢板的板形明显改善、薄板的边浪现象基本消除;另外轧制压力下降幅度达5%~7.5%,辊间压力分布变化趋缓、轧辊磨损减少、使用周期延长。

Abstract:Based on the equipment features and process state of rolling products, a computer simulating program for roll shape of support roll in 2300 four-high mill is developed, which can be used within a large range of width of rolling products. And a new roll shape curve is developed to raise the capacity of this mill to control plate shape. Through out the industrial production excellent effect has been got: width tolerance dropped up to 60%~75%, plate shape obviously improved, edge waving of thin plate basically eliminated, draught pressure dropped 5%~7.5%, pressure distribution change between rolls got small, roll wear reduced, working life prolonged.
