摘    要:运用层次分析与模糊评判法,结合防空C3I系统实战情况,通过对影响其作战效能不确定因素的分析和处理,建立综合量化评估模型.先以层次分析法确定权重,再通过确定决断集及评判矩阵对模型进行综合模糊评判.采用该方法评判其在野战防空中的作战效能,结果证明可行.

Abstract:Based on method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation, combined with the actual combat air defense C3I System, through analyzing and dealing with the uncertain factors of operation efficiency, the integrate quantified evaluation model was established. At first, AHP was used to ensure weighting; then, integrate fuzzy evaluation was carried out in model through ensuring the determination unit and evaluation matrix. The results show that this method is useful for evaluating the operation efficiency in air defense of filed operation.
