摘    要:弹状流是管内气流两相流中的常见流型,在垂直及倾斜管中,为了精确预测弹状流的含气率及压降,必须知道大泡即所谓Taylor泡在静止液体内的上升速度,采用差压的方法对Taylor泡在垂直同心环形管内的上升速度进行了实验测定。并将实验值与几种关系式的计算值进行了比较,对环形管的内管旋转对Taylor泡上升速度的影响进行了实验研究及一定的理论分析,并给出了一个预测Taylor泡在内管旋转的环形管液柱中上升速度的关系式。

Abstract:One of the most common flow patterns encountered in two phase (air and liquid) flow is slug flow. In order to adequately predict the void fraction and the pressure drop in slug flow, it is necessary to obtain the rise velocity of Taylor bubble in stagnant liquid column. In this paper, the velocity of Taylor bubble in the concentric annulus is measured using differential pressure method. The measured result is compared with the predicted results of several correlations from different researchers. Finally, the effect of the rotation of the inner tube of the annulus on the rise velocity of Taylor bubble is experimentally investigated and theoretically analyzed, and a correlation predicting Taylor bubble rise velocity in the annulus with rotating inner tube is proposed.
