摘    要:为了预测低压浸渍过程中煤沥青通过喹啉不溶物(QI)滤饼的渗透性能,采用改进的球体一维堆积模型计算具有较宽粒径分布的QI颗粒形成的滤饼的孔隙率,结合Endo等提出的渗透系数方程,理论上计算了2种沥青的渗透系数。结果表明,理论计算值与结合渗透实验和达西定律得到的数据相近。同时利用该计算方法探讨了QI颗粒粒径分布对滤饼渗透系数的影响,研究表明,最小级粒径颗粒在滤饼层中的填充方式是影响渗透性的重要因素,减小其质量分数和增大其尺寸都能够提高滤饼的渗透系数。

Abstract:In order to predict the permeability of quinoline insoluble(QI) cake under low pressure impregnation,the modified one-dimensional packing model of spheres was applied to predict its porosity.On the basis of that,as the most important transport property of the filter cake,the permeability coefficient was calculated by the equation suggested by Endo.The theoretically calculated results of two types of coal-tar pitches were close to the data from experiments deduced by the Darcy′s law.The effects of content and size of the finest mode of the QI particles on the permeability coefficient were explored,because its arrangement is a critical factor to the structure of the cake.The research shows that both decreasing content and increasing size of the finest QI particles can improve the permeability coefficient.
