| 摘 要： | 炼化企业以燃煤替代燃油是企业增效的途径.文中以哈尔滨石化公司蒸汽发电系统为例,分析探讨了实行以燃煤替代燃油的工艺技术的3种方案.同时提出了煤代油工艺方案获利的基本条件.

| Abstract: | Using coal to replace fuel oil is a way for the refining and chemical enterprises to increase benefit. With the Steam Power Generation System of Harbin Petrochemical Company as an example, this paper discussed three technological schemes for using coal to replace fuel oil and also put forward the basic condition for obtaining benefit from using coal to replace oil. |
