摘    要:分析了空同用高压氢镍电池在耐用性、可靠性及使用寿命等方面的影响因素,提出了壁状催化灯芯技术、电堆热平衡技术、高耐用性Pt/C催化剂应用等有效的解决方法和可行的技术途径.结果表明,制备的电池(40Ah)1C充电200min后不会损坏;在周期为90min(充电48min,放电42min)、70%DOD的条件下,循环寿命超过12000次.

Abstract:Factors affecting the durability,reliability and service life of high pressure nickel-hydrogen(Ni-H2) battery for space use were analyzed.The effective methods and feasible means such as the technique of wall-like catalytic wick,the technique of stack thermo-balance in the cell-stack and application of high durable Pt/C catalyst were introduced.The results showed that the prepared battery(40 Ah) was not damaged after charge at 1 C for 200 min and that its lifetime was over 12 000 cycles with the condition of 90 min cycle(charge 48 min,discharge 42 min) at 70% DOD.
