| 摘 要： | 工程项目的实施过程中,业主与承包人及其它项目参与人间的摩擦日益严重,对于业主来说,选择一种合适的激励模式及激励强度是至关重要的。以成熟的企业组织激励理论为基础,系统地研究了工程项目组织的激励模式及选择问题,有助于系统地了解工程项目组织激励理论,指导建筑企业的激励实践。
