WC5E型防爆胶轮车全液压制动系统设计研究

摘    要:通过计算WC5E型防爆胶轮车制动时的最大减速度、最大制动力矩以及布置要求等确定了CAT制动器,介绍了CAT制动器的结构原理,详细阐述了行车和驻车液压制动系统的工作原理和设计计算,以及关键液压元件的选型。实践表明,WC5E防爆胶轮车液压制动系统的设计是合理可行的。

Abstract:The CAT brake is confirmed based on the calculation of the maximum deceleration, the maximum braking moment and consideration of the collocation when the WC5E flame proof rubber-tyred vehicle is braked.The construction of CAT brake is introduced, the operating principle and design calculation of working and parking brake hydraulic systems as well as the selection of the key hydraulic elements are expounded.Application shows that the design for the hydraulic braking system of the WC5E flame proof rubber-tyre...
