斜齿数控插齿机插削机构的设计及运动学分析

摘    要:针对国内研发的以曲柄滑块为主传动插削机构的数控插齿机,通过对比曲柄滑块机构和双曲柄-曲柄滑块两种机构的运动曲线,指出了数控插齿机主传动机构设计的方向,着重详细推导了附加转动机构的运动方程,为新型主传动机构数控插齿机的数字控制提供了技术支持.

Abstract:According to the domestic NC gear shaper taking slider crank mechanism as main drive slotting mechanism, through the comparison of motion curve of slider crank mechanism and double crank-slider crank mechanism, the orientation of design is pointed out about main drive mechanism of NC gear shaper, especially the motional equation of accessional running mechanism are inferred in detail. The paper has supplied technology support for digital control of NC gear shaper with new main drive mechanism.
