贝壳微粉改性EP复合材料的力学及摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:以贝壳微粉为刚性填料,研究了硅烷偶联剂对贝壳微粉改性环氧树脂复合材料性能的影响。测试了该复合材料的力学、摩擦磨损等性能,利用扫描电子显微镜对其试样摩擦面和对偶环的形貌进行了观察。结果表明,偶联剂的加入优化了贝壳微粉在环氧树脂基体中的分散,有效地改善了材料的力学和摩擦学性能。

Abstract:The effects of silicane coupling agent on the properties of epoxy matrix composites filled with rigid shell powder were studied.The mechanical properties,tribological properties of the composites were tested.The surface topographies of the worn surfaces were observed by using SEM.The results indicated that coupling agent was in favor of the disperse of shell powder in epoxy matrix,and the mechanical and tribological properties of composites were effectively improved.
