12味中药对灵芝菌液体培养的影响

观察中药对灵芝菌液体培养中生物量和胞外多糖的影响。采用将 1 2味中药的水提取液分别加入培养基中接种培养 ,培养 7d后测定生物量和胞外多糖。结果显示 ,板蓝根、茵陈、垂盆草3味中药能增加灵芝生物量和胞外多糖量 ;丹参、半枝莲、苦参对灵芝多糖没有大的影响 ,而对生物量有明显地增加 ;虎杖、黄芩、甘草、金银花、白花蛇舌草和连翘 6味中药对生物量的增加有一定程度地抑制作用
