气囊式抛光机数控系统的研究与开发

摘    要:气囊式抛光是一种新颖的非球面抛光工艺,是一种富于竞争性的制造技术。通过对气囊抛光进动原理和抛光试验机床结构的分析,并根据气囊抛光的工作机理和控制参数,提出采用以PC嵌入CNC控制卡方式的气囊抛光数控体系结构。其硬件系统以PC与PMAC控制器为核心,能够控制6个运动轴,数控系统的软件系统建立在Windows通用操作系统平台上,具有很强的开放性、可操作性以及功能扩展性。数控系统已应用在气囊抛光试验样机上。

Abstract:Bonnet tool polishing is a novel polishing tec hnology for aspheric surfaces, and is a competitive manufacture technology. Base d on analyzing the mechanism of precession of bonnet tool polishing and structur e of the machine tool, then the architecture of CNC system with PC embedded NC c ard for machine tool with bonnet tool is presented according to control paramete rs of bonnet tool polishing. In the architecture, PC and PMAC (Programmable Mult i-Axis Controller) are the cores of CNC system hardware that can control six mot ion axes. Software system of CNC based on Windows is developed with high opennes s, maneuverability and expansibility. CNC system has been applied on the testing machine with bonnet tool.
