一种TEC温度控制模块的电路设计与仿真

摘    要:为满足半导体激光器温度控制的要求,采用单个lm224放大器及若干电子元器件设计了一种高精度TEC温度控制电路,介绍了激光器温度控制模块的系统组成及工作原理,详细分析了TEC控制电路结构,采用pspice软件对电路做了仿真分析,建立了仿真模型并且介绍了仿真方法,仿真结果及实际测试表明此模块能够保证激光器稳定工作,控制精度为±0.1℃.该模块易于集成,工作温度范围宽且成本低廉,适用于多数半导体激光器中使用.
