复杂环境下硐室爆破振动控制的应用研究

摘    要:根据宜昌铁路南站场平硐室爆破实践,总结了靠近居民区的条形药包硐室爆破振动控制的经验。通过测试数据分析,提出了分集药包段间起爆合理时差及相应接力网路图;分析了地形地质条件对振动衰减的影响,并根据房屋的性质和状况提出了不同的抗振性指标。实践证明爆破取得了成功,近距离的民房没有受到振动损坏,解决了复杂环境大规模石方快速爆破开挖问题。

Abstract:According to the chamber blasting practice for field leveling of Yichang railway south station, this paper sums up the vibration controlling experiences from the chamber blasting practice with extended charges near inhabited area. Based upon analyzing of tie test data, reasonable firing time intervals of concentrated charges and consecutive firing circuit were proposed and influence of topographical and geological conditions to the vibration attenuation was analyzed. Meanwhile, the different anti-vibration index was introduced according to the quality and use of houses. Result shows that this chamber blasting practice is successful. No damages occurred to the neighboring houses from the blasting vibration. The design requirement, quick excavation with large-scale blasting in complicated environment, is fairly achieved.
