滚动轴承工作表面失效分析

摘    要:滚动轴承在工作状态下,滚道表面长期受交变载荷的作用,由于化学及物理方面的因素,导致滚动轴承工作表面产生点腐蚀及疲劳效应,造成轴承早期失效。针对轴承早期失效——点腐蚀及疲劳,从材料本身的质量及轴承的工作条件,分析了轴承点腐蚀及疲劳失效发生及发展的原理。阐述了影响表面点腐蚀及疲劳失效的因素:材料的冶炼质量、热处理状态、表面加工精度、表面残余应力、润滑油、接触表面塑性变形等,提出了相应的改进措施,以减少点腐蚀及疲劳失效现象的发生,提高轴承的使用寿命。

Abstract:When the rolling bearing is working,the raceway surface is always under t he changing load.There are pitting e rosion and fatigue effect on the working sur face of the rolling bearing because o f the chemical and physical reasons,which may cause the advanced failure in bearings.Co nsidering these two advanced failur es;pitting erosion and fatigue,thi s article analyses the occurrence and development theory o f the pitting erosion and fatigue failure on the basis of the material quality and the working condition of bearings,and expatiates the factors that affect surface pi tting erosion and fatigue failure:t he smelt quality of ma-terials,heat-treatment state,sur face precision,surface residual stress,lubricating oil and plastic deformation etc.In this article,some correction measurements are ad vanced in order to decrease the pitting erosion and fatigue failure and im prove the service life of the bearings.
