超憎水与低粘附力表面防覆冰可行性研究

摘    要:通过对典型表面进行实验室低温箱人工气候室研究。实验现象表明,超憎水表面在低温高湿条件下发生显著劣变,丧失原有的超憎水性,但在对不同水平倾角的试验研究中发现,当超憎水表面水平倾角大于90°时,可表现出相对的防冰性能。低粘附力表面的研究表明,要使冰依靠自身重力脱离物体表面,冰与表面粘附力的大小在目前认识的最小粘附力表面的基础上还需下降1.5个数量级。

Abstract:the louts leaf lost their superhydrophobic function in the low temperature and high humidity circumstance, but the icingtest on the different horizontal inclination anglesHIA indicated when HIA was larger than 90°, the superhydrophobic showed an obvious advantage in antiiceing. The study on the verylowadhesion coating showed the ice can adhere to the all the surface firmly, the compute result was the tensile of ice gravity was one and half order magnitude less than the adhesion between ice and lowestadhesion coating.
