激发剂对湿排粉煤灰活性激发的影响

摘    要:研究了激发剂不同加入方式及种类对湿排粉煤灰活性激发效果的影响。结果表明:激发剂加入方式对湿排粉煤灰活性激发效果的影响由优到劣依次为:湿磨中加入〉湿磨后加入〉湿磨前预混合3d,不同种类激发剂激发粉煤灰活性效果由优到劣依次为:0.02%三乙醇胺(TEA)〉0.5%Na2SO4〉0.5%CaSO4〉0.5%NaOH。

Abstract:The effect of different added ways of activator and activator types on wet-discharged fly-ash active stimulation was studied.The results indicated that:the effect of added ways of activator on wet-discharged fly-ash active stimulation from finer to poorer in turn was: added in the wet-milling>added after the wet-milling>mixed before the wet-milling for 3 days,and the active result of activator types on wet-discharged fly-ash from finer to poorer in turn was:0.02% TEA>0.5% Na2SO4>0.5% CaSO4>0.5% NaOH.
