紫外光固化胶粘剂的粘接性能研究

摘    要:本研究采用三种丙烯酸酯单体(M01、M02、M03)和一种紫外光引发剂(I01)配制了紫外光固化胶粘剂,探讨了不同原料配比对产品拉伸剪切强度的影响。实验结果表明:当原料配比为M01:2.07mmol、M02:7.02mmol、M03:13.7mmol、I01:0.585mmol时产品的拉伸剪切强度较好。

Abstract:Three kinds of acrylate monomers(M01,M02,M03)and one photoinitiator(I01)were used to prepare a UV curable adhesive.The influence of the ratio of monomers and photoinitiator on tensile strength was discussed.The experiment showed that tensile strength was good when the monomers and photoinitiator were M01:2.07 mmol,M02:7.02 mmol,M03:13.7 mmol,I01:0.585 mmol.
