| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术的普及,数字化教学资源知识产权侵权问题日益突出,文章介绍了数字化教学资源的界定与分类,对使用数字化教学资源过程中存在的主要侵权问题及如何建立数字化教学资源产权保护机制作了相应分析和研究。通过相关保护机制的建立,对我国数字化教学资源的知识产权保护进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | With the popularity of network technology, the infringement problem of intellectual property rights of digital instructional resources becomes increasingly prominent. This paper introduces the definition and classification of the digital instructional resources and analyzes the main infringement problems and the ways to build the intellectual property rights protection mechanism. With the relevant protection mechanism, some beneficial exploration has been made. |
