超声场对超临界CO_2萃取葵粕绿原酸的影响

摘    要:以葵粕为原料,考察了超声场对超临界CO2萃取绿原酸的影响。单因素实验结果表明,超声强化能明显提高超临界CO2萃取绿原酸的萃取率,4 h后最大可提高0.83%;在相同萃取率条件下,超声强化能明显缩短超临界CO2萃取的萃取时间,在3.42%萃取率时可以缩短近2 h;超声功率密度对绿原酸萃取率有较大影响,在0~100 W/L内,绿原酸萃取率在3.56%~4.65%变化;与其他辐照方式相比,采用超声6 s间隔6 s的超声辐照方式,既能保持高的萃取率,又能节省能量。FTIR结果显示,超声作用没有改变绿原酸的结构。证明超声场对超临界CO2萃取绿原酸具有强化作用。

Effect of Ultrasonic Field on Extracting Chlorogenic Acid from Sunflower Seed Using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide
Abstract:Effect of ultrasonic field on extracting chlorogenic acid from sunflower seed using supercritical carbon dioxide was studied.The single factor experimental results indicated extraction yields of chlorogenic acid using supercritical carbon dioxide could be obviously enhanced by ultrasonic field.The maximum value could be raised to 0.83% after 4 hours.Under the identical extraction yield,the ultrasound could obviously shorten the extraction time of supercritical carbon dioxide;about 2 h could be shorten for 3.42% extraction.The density of ultrasonic power fairly effected the extraction yield.The extraction yield of chlorogenic acid increased from 3.56% to 4.65% in the range of 0~100 W/L.In comparison with other models of ultrasonic irradiation,it was reasonable to adapt the ultrasonic irradiation 6 s,and then stop 6 s because of having high extraction and saving energy.Results of FT-IR analysis showed that the ultrasonic irradiation had not changed the structure of chlorogenic acid.In conclusion,it is indicated that the ultrasonic field can enhance the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of chlorogenic acid.
