| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析MOOC学习与评价的特点,在论述了量规的定义、作用和开发步骤的基础上,比较了当前MOOC课程平台评价标准及适用范围,初步开发了一套基于MOOC的学习行为评价量规,并阐述了量规的评价指标设置、权重和评价等级划分,探讨了网络学习行为评价量规的开发途径和方法。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the characteristics of MOOC learning and evaluation, this paper discusses the definition, function and development steps of gauge, compares the current MOOC curriculum platform evaluation standards and the applicable scope and preliminarily develops a MOOC-based learning behavior evaluation gauge. The paper also explains the evaluation index set and weighting and evaluation hierarchy and discusses the development methods of network learning behavior evaluation gauge. |
