金属皂中多环芳烃的高效液相色谱法测定

摘    要:建立了一种测定金属皂中多环芳烃的高效液相色谱方法,该方法使用的色谱柱为多聚C18(LC-PAH)柱,流动相为乙腈/水,采用梯度淋洗方式。该方法线性范围广,平均回收率为75.29%~99.89%,精密度实验RSD为1.75%~6.85%,检测限(S/N=5)为0.05~0.20 mg/L,满足了金属皂中多环芳烃的检测要求。

Abstract:A method to determine the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contained in metallic soap by HPLC was established,which adopted polymer C18(LC-PAH) column by gradient elution and used acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase.This method had a rather wide linear range.The average recovery varied from 75.29% to 99.89%,while the relative standard derivation of precision experiment ranged from 1.75% to 6.85%.The limits of detection was 0.05~0.20 mg/L at S/N=5.This method could satisfy the measurement requirement of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contained in metallic soap.
