滚道存放型立体停车库的前驱车辆入库横向滑移研究

摘    要:滚道存放型立体停车库利用升降搬运器上横移取送装置推动车辆在自由滚道上横向移动。针对前驱车辆进入车轮托放滚道时可能发生的前轮横向滑移现象进行分析,利用ANSYS有限元软件对车辆轮胎与滚柱接触变形进行分析,并建立车辆入库时受力模型,利用Matlab软件求解车辆横摆角度和侧移速度响应,结果显示车辆低速入库时车身前进方向与滚道纵向存在小偏角,其对车辆人库影响不大。

Abstract:The roller-path parking system uses the lateral storage/retrieval device on lift-delivery equipment to push car cross movement on the free roller path.The paper analyzes the lateral slide of front wheel of front drive car while car getting into roller path.It also uses ANSYS finite element software to analyze the tire contact deformation when touching roller path and build the mechanical model.It also uses Matlab software to derive the swing angle of the car and lateral slide speed response.The result shows...
