An Analysis of Social Intermediary Organizationsfrom the Perspective of Economic Law

The social intermediary organization, a new part of the economic law, is independent of the government and the market. It provides broad theoretical prospects for economic law to achieve the aim of coordination in national economic operation. Based on the definition of the concept and features of social intermediary organizations and their classifications, the paper analyzes the inherent logics of the organizations as economic bodies, and expatiates their relationship with the government in the coontination of economic operation.
