摘    要:酒体设计包含勾兑,勾兑是酒体设计的重要组成部分,是酒体设计的核心,酒体设计主要包括:市场调查、设计目标、勾兑酒样、市场品鉴、市场试销、制定技术标准等。目前,主流白酒市场主要包含了14种香型风格,其各自有独特的风格特征、工艺特点及经典的评价用语,并形成了白酒的香型多元化的局势。

Abstract:Liquor body design contains blending which is an important part and the core of liquor body design. Liquor body design mainly includes:marketinvestigation,designtarget,blendingsample,marketevaluation,marketingtrial,establishmentoftechnicalstandards,etc. At present, dominant liquor market has fourteen flavor styles all having their own style, technology characters and classical evaluation terms which forms diversified liquor flavor status.
