摘    要:分子筛吸附脱水技术是目前在燃料乙醇行业应用最为广泛的成熟技术,中粮肇东公司共建设有3套脱水装置,仅就2006年建设投产的10万吨级脱水装置在生产运行过程中存在成品水分超标问题的影响因素进行深入全面地分析,以此与同行业生产技术管理人员共同交流学习。

Abstract:Molecular sieve absorption dehydration technology is present in the fuel ethanol industry application is the most mature technology widely, COFCO Zhaodong company is building 3 sets of dehydration unit, the only comprehensive analysis of 100000 tons of dehydration unitin 2006 commissioned the building of the influence factors on the product moisture content exceed the standard problem existing during the production run, which with the same industryproduction technology management personnel to the exchange of learning.
