焊管轧辊虚拟设计制造的研究

摘    要:介绍了焊管轧辊孔型虚拟设计的方法、基于虚拟设计制造的轧辊分类与标记,构建了孔型设计虚拟制造系统的零件模型和立辊的三维虚拟图,经调用工程绘图软件就可以得到轧辊的工程机械视图,该图可以直接作为生产制造用图。阐述了研究焊管轧辊虚拟设计制造技术的意义,探讨了轧辊虚拟制造硬件环境的建模技术,并对轧辊虚拟加工环境的系统结构进行了研究。
