| 摘 要： | 济钢在炼钢-中厚板、炼钢-热连轧生产线上应用基于订单体制的MES系统,该系统包括工序管理、作业管理、质量管理、进程管理、统计管理和整合的信息共享体制等模块,并结合ERP系统和PCS系统,实现了数据共享,保证信息在公司管理层到控制层的顺利流通。

| Abstract: | Jinan Steel applied the MES system based on order-product form system in the production lines from steelmaking to medium plate and from steelmaking to hot continuous rolling.This system included process management,job management,course management,quality management,statistics management,integrated information sharing system and other module.Moreover,combining with ERP and PCS systems,it realized data sharing and ensured the smooth circulation of the information in the company from management to control layer. |
