油水井作业中污油污水回收技术的研究

摘    要:根据油井和注水井的结构特点及不同井型的不同施工方式 ,研制并配套了相应的防喷工具和作业施工过程中溢流的回收装置 ,实现了油水井作业过程中污油污水的回收利用。对于油井管柱内孔防喷 ,研制KG—Ⅱ型帽形活门、KQG—FP型防喷脱节器及Y341— 114型封隔器工艺管柱 ;针对油套环空控制 ,改进了自封封井器胶心成分 ,其密封性能提高。为便于对油套环空溢流处理 ,研制了回收装置 ;针对注水井作业施工特点 ,研制成功污水地面回收装置。

Abstract:According to the characteristics and operation patterns of oil wells and water injection wells, relevant BOP (blowout preventer) tools and recovering device of overflow in the corresponding operations are developed, and with these tools and device, the dirty oil and sewage can be recovered and utilized. In the light of the blowout preventing with inner orifice of the string in oil wells, the bi-directional capping valve, BOP connecting-tripping device and packers are developed and improved. To the control of the annulus, the packing unit of the BOP is improved to enhance the seal behaviour. Retrieving device is also developed for treating the overflow from the annulus, and ground sewage retrieving device is designed based on an analysis of the characteristics of water injection operation.
