50吨复吹转炉扩容80吨冶炼工艺研究

摘    要:在转炉扩容至80吨的条件下,对枪位及造渣等工艺进行了试验研究。确定了最佳枪位,前期为1. 6m,中期为1. 7m。并建议相应扩大氧枪,缩短吹炼时间。

Abstract:Experimental tests were conducted on the lance position and slagging practice with the volume capacity of the converter of the Plant being expanded to 80-tonne/heat. The optimum lance position is finalized to be 1.6m for the initial stage and 1.7m for the intermediate stage, extension of oxygen-lance and reduction of blowing time are also recommended.
