摘    要:随着GIS技术的快速发展,其在国家电网工程的应用越来越深入和广泛。电网工程中的输变电工程点多面广,应用的地理信息数据涉及诸多国家保密内容,需要经过脱密处理之后面向社会公开。针对此问题,研究了输变电工程中应用最多的影像数据和矢量数据的脱密处理方法。结果表明,本脱密方法在保证了保密数据的安全性的同时又满足了地图公开和电网地理信息保密的双重需求。

Abstract:With the rapid development of GIS technology, its application in state grid engineering is more and more extensive. Transmission and transformation engineering points in power grid engineering have a wide range of areas. The geographic information data it uses involves many national confidential contents, which needs to be disclosed to the public after decryption. In order to solve this problem, the decryption method of image data and vector data, which are widely used in power transmission and transformation engineering, is studied. The results show that the method can not only ensure the security of confidential data, but also meet the requirements of map disclosure and grid geographic information confidentiality.
