广东省产业园区空间演变动力机制和趋势分析

改革开放40年来，广东省产业发展路径和格局不断变化，产业园区作为空间载体也随之演变。通过梳理广东省产业园区的发展历程，总结其在产业初始阶段、快速发展时期、转型升级和创新驱动4个阶段中分别呈现出的“分类分散式—园区集群化—放射转移式—圈层轴带式”空间形态特征，反推产业空间演变的动力机制，包括产业需求引导产业空间的地理变迁、产城关系促进产业空间与周边区域的融合、创新促进产业园区功能结构的不断完善等内在驱动力。最后展望广东省产业园区发展趋势，其整体格局将在政策引导下进一步优化完善，现有生产型产业园区将实现组织方式和空间结构的转变，而创新型园区则会以多种形式在城市空间组织、产城空间融合以及网络化构建中所发挥作用。

The Spatial Evolution of Industrial Parks in Guangdong Province: Dynamics and Driving Forces

During the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the paths and patterns of industrial development in Guangdong Province have been constantly changing. Industrial parks, as the main spatial carrier, are continually developing. This research summarizes four stages of industry parks' development in the Guangdong Province; that is, the initial stage, the rapid development stage, the transformation and upgrading stage and the innovation-driven stage. In each stage, the evolution of spatial patterns is driven by some key forces: the demand of industry for transformation and upgrade leads to geographical relocation; the spatial relationship between the city and industrial parks affects their integration with the surrounding area; and the need for innovation promotes the improvement of the parks' functions and spatial structure. Looking forward, the overall pattern will be further optimized and improved under the guidance of policies.
