固体矿产地质勘查报告编写规范修订建议

文章叙述了固体矿产地质勘查报告编写规范的发展历史,提出现行规范存在3个方面的问题:责任体现已不适应地勘行业改革形势;勘查技术和评价理念等已落后于其发展与应用;内容要求已不适应矿产资源储量管理新形势。在研究的基础上,提出修订建议:一是明确报告编写阶段的任务和责任;二是修订与技术进步和评价理念不相称的内容;三是以地质勘查行业改革新形势和对矿产资源管理的需要、增强实用性为依据,修订固体矿产地质勘查报告编写提纲;四是纠正不适宜的术语和表述。

Revision proposals on writing specification of solid-minera exploration geological report

In this paper, we describes the development history of the writing specification of solid-mineral exploration geological report, and points out three problems existing in the current specification:the responsibility is no longer suitable for the reform situation of geological prospecting industry, the exploration technology and evaluation concept have lagged behind their development and application, and the content is no longer suitable for the new situation of mineral resources reserves management. On the basis of the study, some suggestions are put forward for revision:first, clarifying the tasks and responsibilities in the writing stage of the report; second, revising the contents that are not compatible with technological progress and evaluation concepts; third, revising the outline of geological report based on the new situation of geological exploration industry reform and the need for mineral resources management and enhancing its practicability; and fourth, correcting inappropriate terms and expressions.
