基于光电传感的轮式平板风扇的设计与实现

摘    要:为了实现一种摆脱传统电机的新型超薄轮式平板风扇,提出了轮式平板风扇的整体设计构想与实现方案,探讨了轮式平板风扇磁动力系统设计、电扇初始启动设计及基于光电感应控制电路的设计方案。通过实验及研究,给出了构成轮式风扇的两个关键要素。测试结果表明轮式平板风扇不仅结构轻巧,而且具有省电节能的特点。

Design and Implement of Wheel Plate Fan Based on Photoelectric Sensor
Abstract:Aiming at realizing a new kind super thin fan with no traditional motor, presents the overall concept and implement design of the wheel plate fan, discusses the design of the magnetive acting force, initial start, and the control circuit board based on photoelectric sensor. The two essential factors for construaetion of the wheel plate fan are given after researching and experiment. The experiment result indicates the wheel plate fan not only has a thin and lighten structure, but also has the feature of low power consume.
