无三坐标划线仪时F牵引梁铸件机械加工方法

摘    要:F牵引梁为薄壁、内空箱体整体铸造构件,铸件容易出现搓扭和弯曲无规律性变形。由于机械加工精度要求高,在没有三坐标划线仪的情况下,可以采用三点定基准的方法保证面加工的平面度和垂直度,用3个基准和3个钻模板保证孔的位置精度。

Abstract:F draft sill is an integrated casting component with thin wall and inner empty box,and irregular deformations like torsion and bending occur easily.Due to the high machining precision,and when the three-coordinates scriber is not available,method of datum determined by three points can be used to ensure the flatness and perpendicularity of the surface machining,and 3 datums and 3 bushing plates are used to ensure the position accuracy of the hole.
