摘 要: | 某黑白钨浮选尾矿含CaF225.12%,采用预先磁选-萤石浮选的工艺流程,以Na2CO3为调整剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,BK410为捕收剂,进行1次粗选、6次精选、2次扫选的闭路浮选,进行萤石的回收试验研究,最终可获得含 CaF297.15%,回收率69.89%的精矿产品,较好地对萤石进行了回收。

Experimental Research on Recovery of Flourite from a Tungsten Tailings |

Abstract: | A black and white tungsten lfotation tailings contain 25.12% of CaF2. The magnetic-lfourite lfotation combined process was used in the process.The lfuorite were preferably recovered by the process of one roughing, two-stage scavengings and six-stage cleanings, with Na2CO3 as modiifer, water glass as inhibitor and the BK410 as lfuorite lfotation collector. In the process, the lfourite concentrate with 97.15% CaF2 and CaF2 recovery of 69.89% was obtained. |
