摘    要:以铁尾矿、石灰石为原料制备硅酸盐水泥熟料,通过XRD、SEM对铁尾矿硅酸盐水泥熟料的烧成过程和水化产物进行分析。结果表明:熟料在1350℃液相烧结, f-CaO含量迅速降低,C3S大量生成,熟料的主要矿相为C3S、C2S、C3A和 C4AF,与硅酸盐水泥熟料的特征矿物一致。水泥浆体水化3 d时水化产物主要是钙矾石、氢氧化钙和C-S-H凝胶,随着硅酸盐矿物的不断水化,孔洞被填充水化产物,水泥浆体结构越来越致密。铁尾矿配料的硅酸盐水泥的物理性能满足42.5强度等级,表明铁尾矿可以作为原料制备硅酸盐水泥熟料。

Utilization of Iron Tailings for the Preparation of Portland Cement Clinker
Abstract:Iron tailings and limestone were used as raw material for the preparation of Portland cement clinker, the calcination process and hydration process of clinker was studied by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the content of free CaO decreased rapidly and large amounts of C3S formed in clinker at 1350℃. The main mineral composition of clinker were C3S, C2S, C3A and C4AF, which were typical characteristic minerals of Portland cement clinker. The mian hydration product of clinker hydrated for 3 days were Ca(OH)2, ettringite and C-S-H. With the continuous hydration of slicate, the pores were iflled by hydration proudcts gradually and the structure of paste is more and more impact. Furthermore, the physical performance of of produced Portland cement was in agreement with the Portland cement of 42.5 MPa strength grade, which suggested that iron ore tailings could be utilized as raw material for the preparation of Portland cement clinker.
