摘    要:简单阐述智能电网、无人值班站和集控中心发展概况及其华北电网现状,并探讨面向智能电网在数字化变电站、程序化操作、变电设备在线监测系统等方面无人值班站和集控中心的科技应用。

Abstract:It simply introduced the development of unattended substation and supervisory control-center together with smart grid in china as well as the present status of North China Power Grid. It discussed unattended substation and supervisory control-center scientific application include digital substation, sequential operation, on-line monitoring for transformer equipment, etc.
