| 摘 要： | 简述了分子蒸馏技术的基本原理，介绍了直接合成法在降低聚氨酯涂料固化剂中游离TDI含量上的应用进展及不足之处，以及我国应用分子蒸馏技术降低固化剂中游离异氰酸酯单体含量的应用现状，指出分子蒸馏技术才是减少聚氨酯涂料中游离TDI单体含量最有效的方法和长远之计。

| Abstract: | The fundamental principle of the molecular distillation technique was introduced briefly. The progress and disadvantages of the direct synthesis method for reduction of the free TDI from polyurethane coatings was introduced also. The application status of the molecular distillation technique in reducing the free TDI from polyurethane coatings was reviewed. It pointed that the molecular distillation technique was the best way. |
