| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了烧结粘合剂的制备方法,并在生产实践中加以应用和实施,该粘合剂可以改变混合料的粒度,改善其透气性能,从而加快了烧结的速度。通过提高料层的厚度实现原料的烧结,达到了增产降耗的目的,从而可以增加经济效益,具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The paper described the preparation method of vitrified bond,and the way it was applied and implemented in practice.The vitrified bond could change the granularity of the mixture,improved its air permeability,thereby accelerating the speed of the sintering.By enhancing the material layer thickness of the sintering of raw materials,it achieved saving purposes,thus may increase the economic efficiency.In conclusion,the paper had certain guiding significance. |
