摘 要: | 构建了多环芳烃的固相萃取预备处理方式和高效液相色谱检验方式,并构建了相应的预备处理方式和色谱条件。在该方式下,先行调节的15种多环芳烃均能获得理想的聚集和提炼效果,同时这15种多环芳烃均能获得理想的分开和检验实际效果。获得的15种多环芳烃的标准曲线相关系数均比较理想,相关系数R2值均超过0.99,线性范畴为0.01~2 mg/L。浓度较高的和浓度较低的再回收率均超过73.1%。由此可见,实验操作中高效液相色谱法是安全可靠的,能够很好地检测废水里多环芳烃的成分。实验操作中煤化工废水中可检验到15种多环芳烃单体。

Abstract: | In this paper, the preparation method of solid phase extraction and the inspection method of high performance liquid chromatography for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are constructed, and the corresponding preparation method and chromatographic conditions are constructed. In this way, the 15 kinds of PAHs adjusted in advance can all obtain the ideal aggregation and refining actual effect, and the 15 kinds of PAHs can all obtain the ideal separation and test actual effect. The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons obtained are all ideal. The correlation coefficient R2 values are all over 0.99, and the correlation is strong. The linear range of the curve is 0.01~2 mg/L. The recovery rate of the higher concentration and the lower concentration both exceeded 73.1%. It can be seen that the high-performance liquid chromatography method that works in the experimental operation is feasible, safe and reliable, and can detect the components of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water very well. 15 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can be detected in the experimental operation of coal chemical wastewater. monomer. |
