霉变三七粉中病原菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:(目的)为了鉴定霉变三七粉中可能存在的病原菌,采集文山霉变三七粉样本进行了研究。(方法)通过对样本进行组织分离、形态鉴定和rDNA-ITS分子标记等三种方式结合处理,分离了霉变三七中的病原菌。(结果)研究共分离到三七霉变菌2属7种,并对其中的橘青霉和黄曲霉进行形态鉴定和分子标记鉴定。(结论)霉变三七粉中鉴定出含有黄曲霉毒素和橘青霉毒素。

Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Bacteria in Moldy Notoginseng Powder

Abstract:Objective: To identify the possible contained pathogenic bacteria in the powder of mildewed Panax notoginseng, samples of the powder of mildewed Panax notoginseng from Wenshan were collected. Method: The pathogen was isolated by tissue isolation, morphological identification and RDNA-ITS molecular marker. Results: In this study, 7 species of 2 genera were isolated, and the morphology of Penicillium orange and Aspergillus flavus were identified by molecular marker. Conclusion: Aflatoxin and citrinillin were identified in Mold Panax notoginseng powder.
