Abstract:With the recent increasing requirements of lightweight and long service life of rail transit vehicles,research on and application of brake disc materials of vehicles have been gradually transferring from cast iron and cast steel to ceramic matrix composites and aluminum matrix composites,ect.To further study the influence of the material properties of aluminum alloy brake disc on design scheme,the parameters of thermal capacity analysis are modified through the brake disc bench test results,and the accurate modeling of brake disc thermal capacity analysis is completed.Based on the thermal capacity analysis,the thermal structure coupling analysis of aluminum alloy brake disc is carried out to realize the structure design scheme optimization of aluminum alloy brake disc.
