摘    要:加氢反应器产品制造采用2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V等高强度合金钢材料,高强钢碳当量过高易产生焊接冷裂纹,且Cr、Mo、V等强碳化物元素加大了产生再热裂纹的倾向.为避免产品制造过程中产生焊接缺陷,通过对母材及焊材化学成分的匹配、焊接工艺参数的控制,采取合理的焊后热处理工艺等措施,达到了控制加氢反应器焊接质量目的.经焊...

Abstract:Hydrogenation reactor products were made of high strength alloy steel such as 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V.High carbon equivalent of high strength steel was easy to produce cold welding cracks,and Cr,Mo,V and other strong carbide elements increased the tendency of reheat cracks.In order to avoid welding defects in the process of manufacturing,the welding quality of hydrogenation reactor was controlled by matching the chemical composition of base material and welding material,controlling welding process parameters,and adopting reasonable post-welding heat treatment process.The impact test and tensile test of welded specimens showed that the mechanical properties of welded joints meet the standard requirements,and no cracks were found in NDT,which could be used as technical reference for hydrogenation reactor product manufacture.
