摘    要:针对传统的尾矿库健康监测方法不能直接、有效地开展危险性评价,在矿山安全生产工作中无法实现动态综合管理,基于无人机倾斜摄影测量技术和地理信息系统技术,对甘肃省玛曲县某金矿尾矿库进行了健康监测应用研究。通过对无人机影像处理获取了尾矿库的正射影像图(DOM)、数字表面模型(DSM)和实景三维模型等基础空间地理信息数据,具有较好地可视化效果,能够直观地辨识尾矿库周围的危险源;并对尾矿库进行洪水淹没区域分析和库容量计算,更好地掌握了尾矿库目前运行的健康现状,为尾矿库灾害风险早期识别和防灾减灾救灾工作提供科学依据。

Abstract:Tailings for traditional health monitoring method cannot directly and effectively carry out risk assessment,dynamic tilt comprehensive management cannot achieve during mine safety in production work.Based on UAV photogrammetry technology and geographic information system technology,the study of health monitoring applications was conducted on a gold mine tailings in Maqu county in Gansu province.Through the UAV image processing,the basic spatial geographic information data,such as DOM,digital surface model(DSM),and real 3D model of tailings pond,were obtained,which have good visualization effect and can directly identify the danger sources around the tailings pond.The analysis of the flooded area and the calculation of the storage capacity of the tailings pond were carried out to better grasp the current health status of the tailings pond,which can provide a scientific basis for the early identification of the disaster risk and disaster prevention and mitigation of the tailings pond.
