Abstract:In order to optimize the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system of vertical freezer with mixed refrigerants as working medium, the cooling capacity test on vertical freezer with R600/R290 mixed refrigerants is carried out at 32 ℃ ambient temperature.The effects of mixed refrigerant charge amount, refrigerant distribution ratio, capillary flow rate and fan speed on the performance are studied.The results show that if the charge amount of mixed refrigerants is too high, the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system will be weakened, and the power of compressor will increase.The cooling capacity of the refrigeration system can be improved by increasing the capillary flow rate, the fan speed and the proportion of R290 in the mixed refrigerants, and the cooling depth of the refrigeration system will be reduced by 0.7-3.3 ℃, in the meanwhile, the operation power of the refrigeration system will increase.The optimum system configuration is the unit with capillary flow rate of 5 L/min, refrigerant charge amount of 50 g and mass ratio of R600:R290 of 7:3, which meets the design requirements.
