预应力混凝土结构施工阶段的裂缝原因及防止措施

摘    要:预应力混凝土框架结构张拉前由于梁中普通钢筋偏少,模板支撑方式不合适等原因会造成正截面裂缝,大面积多跨预应力混凝土结构施工阶段易出现剪切裂缝,在预应力传递区易出现主拉裂缝,应针对不同原因采取相应措施。

Abstract:Before stretching, the prestressed concrete framed structure,owing to the general shortage of reinforcements in beams and bad formworkand poor scaffolding etc, normal cracks are produced and shear cracks areeasily created during construction of a large area multiple span prestressedconcrete structure, while principle tensile cracks are also easily produced inthe prestressing force transfer zone, hence, the various respective preventionmeasures should be adopted to deal with the different causes of cracks.
