中厚板高密度管层流无约束淬火与控冷的关键技术

摘    要:介绍了中厚板高密度管层流无约束淬火与控冷的若干关键技术,其中包括流射沸腾冷却强化机理及其技术、无约束条件下板形平直度的系统控制技术、基于喷水强度分布的集管结构与参数优化设计、钢板瞬态温度场数值模拟与仿真、淬火机水循环系统的动态平衡技术等。这些技术已在国内多家中厚板淬火与控冷系统中成功获得应用。

Abstract:Some key technologies of high density pipe laminar unrestricted quenching and controlled cooling for plate steel,are introduced including mechanism and technique of jet impingement cooling with boiling,synthetic plate flatness control under unrestricted conditions,optimized design of the header construction with the parameters based on reasonable spray intensity distribution,numerical dynamic simulation of plate transient temperature field,and dynamic equilibrium calculation for water recycling system.These technologies have been successfully used in the design and control for plate quenching and controlled cooling systems.
