| 摘 要： | 为了考察自适应设计对语音菜单系统操作绩效的影响,研究设计了固定模式、自适应模式两种不同的语音菜单系统,并比较两种不同模式下语音菜单系统操作绩效的差异。共有16名被试参加了实验,被试的操作任务是词语归类。研究结果表明:自适应模式语音菜单系统的系统绩效比固定模式语音菜单系统的的系统绩效更好,在一定条件下语音菜单选择项越多采用自适应设计越能提高语音菜单系统绩效。
